SoNo Rowing is the crew team for the SoNo Athletic Club, located in Norwalk, CT. From complete beginners to future Olympians, SoNo Rowing offers multiple programs and opportunities to allow easy and comprehensive access to the act of rowing and the sport of crew for all skills, ages, and physical abilities. With shared club equipment and private rack space available, members can row independently whenever they choose (restrictions apply) or can join ongoing programs or teams and improve within structured practices and classes. Our Junior, High Performance, and Masters programs add to the inclusive environment that the SoNo Athletic Club offers. Location Located in South Norwalk's riverfront community along Long Island Sound, SoNo Rowing is less than five minutes from I-95 and ten minutes from the Merritt Parkway.
